Welcome to ‘Shoot for the Moon’ the new landscape photography journal from Gill Moon. A monthly bulletin full of hints and tips to inspire your photography.
Over the coming months I will be covering all sorts of topics related to outdoor photography which I hope will inspire you to get out with your camera. Each volume will have a monthly theme and a corresponding photography challenge. The challenges are intended as a little bit of inspiration to give you a photographic focus for the month. Hopefully they will be fun and will make you think and also give you a good excuse to get out with your camera.
January’s edition is all about inspiration and where to look if you are feeling stuck in a rut with your photography.
We have all been there from time to time, constrained by our usual photographic routines and finding it really difficult to get motivated. So as we start the new year Volume 1 covers lots of different things you can do to help get your creative processes back on track. This includes reviewing your images, looking at other peoples work, attending workshops and courses, reading books and discovering online content.
